**Role Purpose**:
The Marketing & Business Analytics will have two main roles:
- Manage the full international and roaming consumer proposition.
- Participate on special Squad projects, defining propositions and go-to-market strategies in coordination with the squad.
- Support Squad(s) and generate insights by supporting fact-based decision-making using business data.
Rules include:
- Implementing and managing data elaboration flows with a view to provide KPIs, metrics, trends and visual (digital) storyboards using a variety of technologies and analytical techniques.
- Working with the proposition, pricing leads and Product Owners and operational teams to target areas of opportunity or improvement and maximize business value.
- Track commercial performance, identifying insights and implementing improvements.
- Define business requirements and manage implementation projects.
- Build executive documents and presentations to support proposed initiatives and projects.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Drives development and implementation of squad’s Business analytics strategy and roadmap, incl. data source information selection, data collection and transformation, standard reporting.
- Extracts, loads and transforms data from different BI sources.
- Visualizes and translates business reporting requirements into concrete data engineering tasks.
- Develops and deploys standard reports on squad KPIs and key operating metrics to enable continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Develops smart and insightful dashboards and reports, tracking performance across channels to promote data-driven decision-making and optimize conversion.
- Presents data in charts, graphs, tables, designing and developing relational databases for collecting data and building or designing data input or data collection screens.
- Leads continuous, data-based improvement of activities via A/B testing and behavioral analysis.
- Provides deep-dive analyses, generates insights and handles ad-hoc queries on a broad range of questions, (e.g. to define business strategies, specify product offerings, campaign performance, customer profiling, data quality investigations, testing).
- Further builds the data technology and systems landscape through integrating new data sources to the DWH or advancing existing tracking technology.
- Defines roaming and international proposition and strategy based on analytics and main regarding pricing and go-to-market.
**Ideal Background**:
- Master’s in engineering or management/marketing (or similar).
- Data Analytics and Insights.
- Strong Analytical Skills and knowledge in Cubos, Business Objects and other SIs.
- Business Acumen.
- Data Visualizations.
- Ability to build marketing propositions.
- Experience in Agile will be valued.
- Fluent English.
