The Department intends to recruit for the **Energy & Services Sales team**.

**Working Place**: Lisbon or Porto
- Planning and control of the commercial activity of the teams, including watching performance indicators, managing work, creating business strategies, helping launch and monitoring campaigns;
- Help to create business strategies to make different channels more efficient;
- Provide technical, business, and systems support to different elements of the business channels;
- Help to implement growth and training plans for different business managers/partners.
- Contribute on hiring, choosing, and training (technical and commercial) of commercial managers for the different sales channels;
- Define performance indicators for sales teams, considering their maturity, skill, and type of channel;
- Be part of creating incentive plans that match with the business direction;
- Work with the development team to implement and adjust monitoring tools (Salesforce, PowerBI, Celonis);
- Be part of the construction of the yearly strategic plan for the area that matches with the budget plan;
- Identify and implement initiatives aimed at improving daily operations;
- Watching competitive activity, changes in the market, and trends in the sector to improve team activities;
- Participate in cross-cutting strategic development projects, digitalization of the business, continuous improvement of business processes and systems, etc;
- Work directly with Marketing, Engineering, and Systems teams to change product and service features to meet the needs of the SME customer segment.

**What kind of profile are we looking for?**
- Degree in Management or Engineering;
- Up to 8 years of experience in any Commercial area, Project Management, Solar or other energy efficiency technology (valued);
- Teamwork, customer orientation, organization and flexibility;
- Ability to formulate a vision and strategic management;
- Strong results orientation and ability to meet deadlines;
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail and accuracy in execution;
- Communication skills, proactivity and team spirit.
