We are looking for a talented English Technical Support to join our client in Lisbon

**What you’ll be doing?**
- Ability to identify, research and review complex issues to determine the best solution or troubleshooting;
- Contribute in an active way to increase product insight and knowledge content;
- Provide proactive post-sales support for customers;
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
**Requirements**:
**Why you are a good fit?**
- **Fluency in English C2 Level or Native (mandatory)**:
- **1 year experience in Tech support with Troubleshooting aptitude (mandatory)**:
- Good listening and empathy skills;
- Good time management skills;
- Team spirit and flexibility.
- **EU ID / Passport or Residency card (mandatory)**:
- Able to work 24/7 shifts
