About the Role
Ventrata is an industry-leading SaaS platform that helps attractions, tours, and activities create memorable experiences. As a B2B Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Actively improve the customer experience by identifying problems and advising on solutions* Work with clients and their employees to resolve issues* Collaborate with development teams to identify errors and report bugs* Master support channels: Ventrata Chat, Slack, and Helpdesk* Assist with client onboarding and data uploading* Provide internal teams with tasks beyond the job description*

Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude* Ability to effectively describe and document issues* Attention to detail* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* B2 English mandatory (Spanish/Italian/French/German/Portuguese is a plus)*

Benefits
