We are looking for a motivated and driven Programmatic Marketing Manager to join our team.

At Flix, we have embarked on our programmatic journey, and now we are looking for a talented individual to join our team who can help us take our efforts to the next level. As a Programmatic Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the performance of our channels across all Flix markets, including our established European and US markets, as well as our exciting new markets like Brazil, Chile, and India, for both FlixTrain and FlixBus. Not only will you be a part of a dynamic team, you will also play a significant role in the growth and success of Flix.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green
- Develop a programmatic marketing/paid media strategy for multiple countries, brands, and across multiple channels (CTV, OLV, display, native, etc.).
- Manage the planning and execution of programmatic marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives. This involves negotiating with publishers, setting up technical campaign parameters, devising bidding strategies, continuously analyzing and optimizing performance, conducting tests, generating reports, and tracking budgets.
- Coordinate campaigns and activities with other marketing functions.
- Actively participate in creative development and testing.
- Collaborate closely with country leads to identify potential opportunities and explore innovative ideas.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new programmatic advertising vendors and platforms, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative strategies and tactics.
- Develop and present regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and insights to key stakeholders, including senior management.

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board
- You have a strong understanding of programmatic advertising technologies, platforms, and industry tools (e.g. DSPs, DMPs, ad exchanges, ad servers etc.).
- You have experience in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns using media buying products such as DV360, TTD, or other/mobile DSPs.
- You have a proven track record of successfully managing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms to achieve target KPIs.
- You have experience with creative testing, audience segmentation, placement/network selection, and evaluating third-party tools.
- You are passionate about online marketing, particularly in the programmatic field. You have great insights in this area and are confident in proposing strategic directions to take.
- You have strong analytical skills and are confident in making data-driven recommendations.
- You have excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- You are collaborative and capable of working within a cross-functional setup with team members dispersed around the globe.
