We’re looking for a passionate, eager to grow **Business Manager** to join our management team in Lisbon (hybrid work model).

**We count on you to**:

- business prospecting and attraction of new customers
- have strong commercial skills and a strong orientation to results
- build relationships with new clients to understand their needs
- continuous management of the customer's portfolio
- able to understand the business and customer expectations
- develop and implement strategies for business grow
- monitoring business metrics
- understand the importance of managing relationships with consultants, implementing strategies to retain our talent
- be fluent in English and able to have a conversation in another European language (French or German preferably)

**For that, you must**:

- be growth-oriented and people-driven
- get involved in recruiting processes
- manage the company's performance metrics
- come up with quick and effective solutions
- face obstacles with assertiveness and resilience
- be someone who likes to be challenged every day
- develop your emotional intelligence and leadership skills
