**What are the main responsibilities of a Business Manager ?**
- 1. Business Development _

Market prospection, schedule and conduct business meetings, manage client relationships, make your business grow.
- 2. Hiring _
- 3. People Management _

Manage your team of consultants by building a strong relationship with them, understanding and supporting all needs in order to develop their career.

**Do you have?**
- A Bachelors or Master's preferably in Management/Economics, Engineering or HR.
- 2-3 years' experience overall in any field.
- Fluent Portuguese and English, and another language is a plus.
- Dynamic, agile and organizational skills.
- Decision maker and willing to take risks being able to think out of the box. Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership in fast-paced environment.
