**Responsibilities**:

- Support the HR Training Administration process via Successfactors Learning
- Process incoming inquiries and respond to general questions regarding training management
- Set Up of trainings items, distribution and communication of global training standards
- Manage the trainings cycle, set up, conduction, evaluation of the virtual, blended and classroom trainings
- Take care of the trainings logistics (e.g. accommodation, catering, rooms etc.)
- Create reports on trainings participations
- Assigning E-Learnings, technical check of e-learnings
- Train the Trainer sessions of Successfactors Learning

**Requirements**:

- + 1 year experience in HR, preferable in Learning &
- Development / Training Administration (desirable)
- Experienced in LMS,Learning Management System, preferable Successfactors Learning
- Very good coordination and organizing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent English language skills in speaking and writing
- Team player with an open mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Logical thinker with the ability to generate ideas and alternatives
