The Global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences for Advertisers to enable TikTok in its mission to inspire joy and creativity. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok Advertisers and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats. They will do so by creating ad policies, managing content review processes, and more.
This position will be responsible for meeting the Risk and Moderation demands. This means, as Global Operations Specialist, you will review & moderate advertisements entering the TikTok platform. By doing so, this will mitigate any risk to our community by supporting advertisers proactively, and effectively addressing violations of MI Policies.
**Main Responsibilities**:
1. Moderate content and classify according to TikTok Ads policies and standard operating procedures with accuracy and efficiency and in line with local legislation
2. Become an expert on TikTok Ads policies and procedures
3. Identify and communicate emerging risks to management and cross functional partners
4. Identify opportunities to improve processes, protocols, and policies at scale
5. Act as the intermediary between both internal and external customers and the Ads Integrity team to handle their daily queries and questions.
6. Collect customer feedback, address issues and concerns, and provide support to achieve business success via our platform.
7. Execute both quantitative and qualitative analysis of data and trends to deliver insights on various dimensions such as policy, system and process that will drive optimisation and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
8. Work closely and hand in hand with other departments to respond quickly to relevant service-related needs.
9. Become an expert on TikTok Ads policies and procedures
10. Performing miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualifications**:
1. Fluent in written and spoken required language plus business level English
2. Confident working with a suite of online and offline IT software including Excel, Powerpoint and Excel
3. Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical and research skills;
4. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines
5. Ability to work alternating work rotations and shifts (including public holidays and weekends)
Preferred Qualifications
1. B2B or B2C service related work experience; with a strong willingness to support internal and external customers to address their issues and develop their business on the TikTok platform
2. Some experience working within an online or BPO environment would be a bonus, but is not necessary
3. Experience in an online moderation or trust and safety environment preferred but not required
4. Experience working in a KPI or target driven environment preferred but not required
