**The Role**

As a Technical Expert at Rydoo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless integration experience and successful technical implementation of large and complex projects.

This role combines technical proficiency with excellent project management and problem-solving skills. Your responsibilities will include understanding client technical needs, configuring our expense management tool to align with those requirements, and providing expert guidance for smooth integration while closely collaborating with our Customer Success teams.

**What you will do**:

- You will learn about Rydoo’s products and support customers in making the most out of our expense management tool
- Make an impact by understanding the context where and how the customer operates and supporting them with all integration topics.
- Lead integration projects with new customers with multidisciplinary teams, by defining project roadmap, managing stakeholders, and setting expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage customer transitions from their current operations to the new way of working and support them in the full integration transition.
- Actively gather feedback from customers at various stages, using their input to refine and enhance intermediate results.
- Collaborate directly with our Project Managers/Onboarding Managers to seamlessly onboard enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with our Retention team on complex migration projects.
- You will work closely with the Pre-sales team to fully understand clients’ requirements, and the Product Management team to communicate common customer needs and contribute to continuous product enhancement.
- Contribute to the maintenance and expansion of integrations through the use of Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS).

**Requirements**:

- Be a team player with good analytical, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- You quickly understand the customer context, analyze challenges, and explore approaches to refine the solution space.
- Knowledge of SSO, SFTP, and API
- 3+ Experience in Project Management or Technical Project Management role
- 2+ years experience with ERP integrations, mainly SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Takes a high degree of ownership over their work
- Experience working with IPaaS platforms is a plus
- A degree in IT (management) or IT technology-related programs or a master's in informatics, civil or business engineering, mathematics, (applied) economics or business studies
- Languages: working proficiency in English (C1+); other languages are a plus
