**Função**:
A função de **Customer Service Assistant** é parte integrante da gestão de suporte aos segurados e do apoio aos membros da equipa clínica.
Este profissional recorre às suas competências de atendimento ao cliente e conhecimento dos vários serviços, para gerir eficientemente a emissão e receção de chamadas. Reúne toda a informação pertinente, assegurando a fiabilidade dos dados, para a consequente transferência para a equipa clínica, fornecendo sempre o mais alto nível de serviço. Realiza igualmente agendamentos, ou comunica informações diversas.
**Principais Responsabilidades**:
- Emissão e receção de chamadas;
- Recolha de dados e registo em processo;
- Aplicação dos protocolos estabelecidos para encaminhamento de chamadas;
- Identificação de necessidades e melhorias para o departamento;
- Contato com os prestadores de serviços de saúde.
**Requisitos**:
- Formação académica superior;
- Experiência em atendimento ao cliente;
- Idiomas: Inglês fluente. Será valorizado o conhecimento de línguas adicionais;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e organização;
- Iniciativa, proatividade e dinamismo.
**Ambiente de trabalho e horário**:
O **Customer Service Assistant **trabalhará integrado numa equipa multidisciplinar composta por enfermeiros, customer service assistants e médicos. O seu local de trabalho será nos nossos escritórios localizados no centro de Lisboa, de segunda a sexta-feira, das 10h00 às 19h00.
