No seguimento da sua estratégia de consolidação e crescimento, o nosso Cliente pretende recrutar um Trainee de Business Enablement para a Indústria Bio Farmacêutica, atuando para o Mercado do Reino Unido.

HRB Solutions is currently hiring for a multinational company that specializes in biotechnology applied to the pharmaceutical area. Following its consolidation and growth, our Client is searching for a Business Enablement Trainee, who will work in the UK Market, for the Biopharmaceutical Industry.

**FUNÇÕES // RESPONSABILITIES**
- Colaborar nas atividades de contratação dos PS/OS;
- Gerir o todo o processo associado a Notas de Encomenda;
- Acompanhar o processo de faturação através do SAP;
- Analisar potenciais problemas ou riscos nos negócios desenvolvidos pelo Cliente;
- Prestar apoio e contribuir no crescimento e na melhoria contínua da equipa de Administração e Contratos;
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria para os diferentes processos e projetos desenvolvidos pela equipa de Administração e Contratos do Reino Unido, colaborando na implementação dessas mesmas soluções.
- Learn how to process HCP/HCO end-to-end contracting activities using the Amgen Compliance tool;
- Learn how to manage the end-to-end Purchase Orders (PO) process in Ariba;
- Follow-up on the invoicing process in SAP;
- Support management of contract templates Support Transparency process review within our Client’s Transparency tool;
- Learn how to recognize and escalate problems or risks, as and when they arise in line with the business requirements;
- Adapt, support, and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the Department.

**PERFIL // QUALIFICATIONS**
- Formação académica em Administração Pública, Gestão, Gestão de Saúde ou área relevante para a função;
- Fluência em inglês, oral e escrita (obrigatório);
- Domínio das ferramentas Microsoft Office, nomeadamente Excel avançado (preferencial);
- Atenção ao detalhe, rigor e à priorização de tarefas;
- Perfil pró-ativo e dinâmico, com boa orientação para o cliente;
- Gosto pelo trabalho em equipa;
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, organização e responsabilidade;
- Fortes competências a nível de análise, resolução de problemas e de relacionamento interpessoal.
- University Degree in Health Management, Management, Public Administration or related majors;
- Fluency in English, oral and written (mandatory);
- Good computer skills from a user’s perspective (Windows/Office);
- Attention to detail, ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights.
- Strength in organization and coordinating with others
- Excellent oral/written communication skills, dynamism, flexibility and responsibility;
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, curious, and willing to learn;
- Strong skills in terms of analysis, problem solving and interpersonal relationships.
