Role Overview
Teleperformance Portugal is looking for a Sales Enablement Trainee to support the Sales Team in creating content and documentation for B2B commercial proposals. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the Sales Team is equipped with the essential tools and information to enhance their effectiveness in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Sales Team in creating high-quality content and documentation for B2B commercial proposals, meeting the company’s standards and requirements; Organize and manage sales documents and resources efficiently, ensuring seamless access for the Sales Team; Ensure the Sales Team has access to the necessary tools and information to deliver exceptional customer experiences; Collaborate with the Sales Team to implement sales practices and facilitate team training, driving business success through effective sales enablement; Provide support in developing and maintaining sales initiatives, contributing to the company’s growth and competitiveness; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement, continually improving processes and methodologies.

Requirements
Higher Education degree in Communications, Management, Marketing, or a related field; Fluency in English (minimum B2) and good communication skills; Interest in sales, marketing content, and commercial support; Excellent writing and communication skills; Willingness to learn and good teamwork; Familiarity with design and editing tools (Canva, PowerPoint) will be valued; Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities; Adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic; Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities, with effective time management skills.
