**Job Description:**

The Sales Enablement Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying Zendesk's first 'Sales Academy' program, driving revenue growth through empowered sales teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the development and deployment of the Sales Academy program
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop sales training materials, playbooks, and tools
  • Partnering with outside vendors to create and run vendor-led programs
  • Conducting training sessions to equip sales representatives with the skills and knowledge necessary to compete in the market
  • Regularly assessing the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Partnering with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions

 

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field
  • Experience working with or implementing a Sales Academy program
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
