Sales Enablement Strategist

As a Sales Enablement Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales excellence by developing and deploying our first-ever Sales Academy Program. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive sales training materials, tools, and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Sales Academy Program to equip sales representatives with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the market
- Collaborate with outside vendors to create and run vendor-led programs as needed
- Conduct training sessions to enhance sales team performance and drive revenue growth
- Analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field
- Experience working with Sales Academy Programs is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
