The Sales Enablement Manager at Zendesk, Inc. is responsible for empowering the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and deploy effective sales training programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in sales enablement.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy effective sales training programs to equip sales representatives with the skills and knowledge necessary to compete in the market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales training materials, playbooks, and tools
- Conduct training sessions to regularly assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field
- Experience working with or implementing a Sales Academy Program
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
