At Phiture, we are champions of customer service. As a leader in the industry, we are looking for an exceptional Sales Enablement Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and attentive to detail individual with strong communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with sales processes and methodologies, as well as collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the development and deployment of our first 'Sales Academy' Program
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop sales training materials, playbooks, and tools
  • Partnering with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions
  • Staying informed about the latest developments and effective strategies in sales enablement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
