Sales Enablement Manager

At Zendesk, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We seek a skilled Sales Enablement Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal and play a vital role in empowering our sales team to deliver flawless experiences and drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owning the development and deployment of Zendesk's first 'Sales Academy' Program
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create sales training materials, playbooks, and tools
  • Partnering with outside vendors (when necessary) to create and run vendor-led programs
  • Conducting training sessions to equip sales representatives with the skills and knowledge necessary to compete in the market
  • Regularly assessing the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Working closely with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions
  • Staying informed about the latest developments and effective strategies in sales enablement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field
  • Experience working with, or implementing, a Sales Academy Program
  • A strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Ambitious and self-motivated
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience

We offer a highly competitive salary of approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits that support your career growth and well-being.
