Strategic Sales Enablement Leader

Phiture is a customer-centric organization seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Enablement Leader to spearhead the development and deployment of our sales academy program in Lisbon, Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the design and implementation of Zendesk's first comprehensive Sales Academy Program
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful sales training materials, playbooks, and tools
- Maintaining vendor relationships to optimize program effectiveness when necessary
- Delivering high-quality training sessions to equip sales representatives with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in their roles
- Regularly assessing the performance of sales enablement initiatives and providing data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Partnering with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and developing targeted training solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field
- Familiarity with implementing successful Sales Academy Programs
- A deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- High organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
We are offering a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for growth and professional development.
