Job Description

The Digital Enablement Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping the cross-sell enablement strategy at team.blue, a leading digital enabler for companies and entrepreneurs. With a strong presence across 22 European countries, team.blue serves over 3.3 million customers, providing a broad product offering that makes it a one-stop partner for online businesses.

This exciting opportunity is perfect for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of developing and scaling enablement programs within a B2B SaaS environment. As an Enablement Lead, you will design and execute comprehensive enablement plans, identifying optimal training approaches, key stakeholders, materials, and scheduling.

The role requires close collaboration with Commercial Directors, sales leaders, support teams, and product marketing to create and manage resources that drive consistent, data-driven results in cross-sell initiatives. If you are skilled at operationalising enablement at scale while maintaining a strategic, big-picture view, this role is ideal for you.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive enablement plans, identifying optimal training approaches, key stakeholders, materials, and scheduling.
  • Build and maintain a central library of resources for cross-sell initiatives, ensuring accuracy and relevance with product marketing.
  • Develop scalable enablement frameworks aligned with cross-sell objectives, enhancing team knowledge and supporting consistent, data-driven performance.
  • Evaluate the best approach for scaling enablement, potentially implementing an LMS, in collaboration with HR on requirements, design, and configuration.
  • Establish metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure and improve enablement efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in developing and scaling enablement programs within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience in LMS selection, configuration, or project management.
  • Strong background in enablement sessions, content creation, and managing resources, such as templates, playbooks, and training modules.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in sales, customer success, and product marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to assess enablement impact.

Location: Portugal
Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
