Job Description:
We're seeking a seasoned Sales Enablement Manager to spearhead the development and deployment of our comprehensive Sales Academy Program. This role demands expertise in driving sales excellence and collaborating with cross-functional teams to empower our sales force with essential skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an innovative Sales Academy Program to equip our sales representatives with the skills necessary to thrive in the market.
- Cultivate close relationships with outside vendors to create and run impactful training programs when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop targeted training solutions that address skill gaps and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry best practices and emerging trends in sales enablement.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in sales enablement or a related field, preferably with a proven track record in implementing successful Sales Academy Programs.
- In-depth understanding of sales processes and methodologies, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
