About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in developing and deploying our first-ever Sales Academy Program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the development and deployment of our Sales Academy Program
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create sales training materials, playbooks, and tools
  • Partnering with outside vendors (when necessary) to create and run vendor-led programs
  • Conducting training sessions to equip sales representatives with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the market
  • Regularly assessing the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field
  • Experience working with or implementing a Sales Academy Program
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Ambitious and self-motivated

What We Offer

  • An estimated annual salary of €85,000 - €110,000 based on your level of experience and qualifications
