About the Role


The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and deploying Zendesk's first Sales Academy Program. This program aims to equip our sales representatives with the skills and knowledge necessary to compete in the market.



Main Responsibilities



  • Develop and deploy Zendesk's first Sales Academy Program
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales training materials, playbooks, and tools
  • Conduct training sessions to equip sales representatives with the skills and knowledge necessary to compete in the market
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions
  • Stay informed about the latest developments and effective strategies in sales enablement


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field
  • Experience working with, or implementing, a Sales Academy Program
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Ambitious and self-motivated
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience


Estimated Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
