Business Process Manager for Sales Enablement

As a Business Process Manager for Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process from a technical perspective. This includes collaborating with business end-to-end process owners and functional departments to implement standard O2C processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure process definition aligns with the enterprise vision and coordinate with IT and systems integration counterparts for successful solution validation and implementation.
Key Deliverables:
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of O2C Operations to internal customers
- Maintain adequate and updated process documentation
- Drive innovation and implement new technologies to improve the O2C process
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of business process management and sales operations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
