Business Development Operations Lead

At Unit4, we're on a mission to deliver a new people experience through technology that creates smarter, more connected organizations. As a Business Development Operations Lead, you'll play a critical role in driving this vision forward.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Business Development adoption across our international operations, aligned with recognized best practices and enablement.
  • Orchestrate Business Development content creation for outreach, ensuring continual alignment with Business Development Leadership, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing.
  • Manage the operational relationship between SalesLoft and Unit4, maximizing the use and functionality of SalesLoft across the BD team.
  • Owning, reviewing, and analyzing Business Development KPIs and outreach performance metrics in SalesLoft.
  • Enablement: Responsible for orchestrating onboarding and ongoing enablement in collaboration with our Global Sales Enablement Manager.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of business development/lead generation/sales experience. SaaS or Tech is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English – Multi-languages advantageous.
  • Experience with technology including 6Sense, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and Drift.
  • A passion for process creation, management, adoption, and improvement.
