**What you’ll be doing at Webhelp**

As a **Portuguese-Speaking Technical Support Advisor for LG,** you will:

- Maintain client relationships through product support and troubleshooting.
- Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment and through a ticketing tool
- Gather information from customers.

**We’ll be a great match if you**:

- **Have a high level of Portuguese (written and oral) / knowledge of Spanish is a plus**:

- Have familiarity/aptitude with smart electronic devices concerning audio video and home appliances
- Have proficient PC skills
- Have excellent communication skills (ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms)
- Have the ability to operate in high-pressure situations
