**We are looking for **someone to perform basic transactional operations on a day-to-day basis, according to operational procedures, respecting service, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction targets in our Accounts Payable (Travel and Expenses) team.

**We count on you for**:

- Run operations in a single ERP - expense processing tool (Concur)
- Knowledge of basic operations belonging to one sub-process.
- Day-to-day interaction with internal or external stakeholders, using defined communication channels.
- Run Travel and Expenses operations based on Operational Procedures documentation and treat errors that are described in the documentation.
- Respect quantitative, quality, and timing targets for the assigned tasks (e.g. check results/reconciliation of performed transactions).
- Ensure up-to-standard service delivery, correct processing of data, and maintenance of the system.
- Perform problem-solving for non-complex issues: Solve errors and problems based on the solutions given in the documentation.
- Escalate any process that cannot be performed based on given documentation to a Specialist/Team Leader.
- Contribute to improvements with suggestions.
- Propose documentation changes/improvements.
- Maintain & develop knowledge about group policies, operational procedures, and tools.

**You will bring**:

- University Degree and/or relevant experience
- Fluency in English (French is a plus)
- Knowledge and experience working in SAP environment, especially WP1 PF1 and PI1 (preferred)
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (mandatory)
- Experience with Ticketing Tools
- Organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Attention to detail to maintain the highest operational standards.
