**Job Description** Customer Activation Specialist**
A customer is someone who is making money for themselves by working in the field of mobility, through Bluwalk and for one of our partners.
A successful Customer Activation Specialist is someone who effectively and efficiently helps Bluwalk to acquire customers.
**The job will require you to**
- Contact potential clients (leads) and persuade them to purchase an insurance policy;
- Analyze and propose insurance options according to the requests;
- Prepare and analyze documentation to support negotiations;
- Monitor the activation status of the client's insurance;
- Receive inbound calls or tickets from leads and assist in clarifying doubts and/or providing additional information;
- Potentially reactivate previous clients.
- High school diploma (university degree is a plus)
- 1 or more years of sales and/ or insurance experience;
- Good communication skills, both written and over the phone;
- Is fluent in Portuguese and English;
- Dynamic, entrepreneurial, and determined profile;
- Focus on solutions, quality, and 'doing more with less';
- Experience working with ERP / Odoo (is a plus).
