About the role:
As Key Account Specialist, Hospital Speciality, you will be responsible for promoting Astellas products among healthcare professionals, providing Medical Information and other specificities of the products in public and private healthcare units within a certain territory.

You will be playing a key role in the organization by developing relationships and engaging with stakeholders in the field, strengthening the positioning of the products and cooperating with colleagues from other departments as well. This is a field position where you will be able to develop your communications, customer focus and strategic orientation skills.

As a Key Account Specialist, Hospital Speciality, you will:

- Promote the company's products to healthcare professionals in accordance with the guidelines of the Brand Team, in order to achieve the defined business objectives.
- Conduct clinical sessions on the products under your responsibility with healthcare professionals.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service through regular and systematic contacts and visits.
- Develop action plans in line with the needs of your territory.
- Manage assigned accounts, analyze their profile, and act according to their needs and potential.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry as Key Account Specialist, Delegado Hospitalar de Informação Médica or equivalent.
- Team player but also able to work independently

Education/Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences, Medical Doctor, Pharmacy, or equivalent.
- Fluent in Portuguese and good command of English.

Additional information:

- This is a permanent, full-time position.
- This position is field based in Lisbon, Portugal and 80% travel is expected in line with your role. This position covers the Lisbon area and Northwest area (Abrantes, Caldas da Rainha, Torres Novas, Tomar and Santarém) and surroundings.
