**Position Summary**

***As a **Service Experience & Improvement Specialist**, you will play a key role ensuring that NBS Lisbon is able to deliver its commitments for Service Quality and Service Improvement. Not only will you be responsible for creating awareness and insights regarding Service Quality, but you will also be instrumental in driving productivity and efficiencies throughout the organization.

**A day in the life of...**
- Support NBS Lisbon Market Account Lead and Service Improvement responsible in driving the local agenda for Service Quality and Improvement.
- Perform Operational Reviews quality assessments and provide feedback and insight to operational teams.
- Drive operational reviews to access partnership maturity and ensure action plan execution.
- Consolidate, track and challenge Service Quality at Center level.
- Ensure Governance Model efficiency for Service Improvement.
- Consolidate, track and challenge Service Improvement initiatives at Center level.
- Provide expert support in the execution of relevant initiatives.
- Support NBS Lisbon Process Optimizers in driving their local improvement agenda.
- Promote and support Continuous Improvement awareness through Capability Building initiatives.
- Promote, track and challenge recognition awards programs.
- Benchmark and drive the evolution of Continuous Improvement practices for Service Quality and Improvement.
