We are a young company with big ambitions. Starting with just three employees in 2020, we've grown to over 300 across four offices in Lisbon. **ABOUT YOUR ROLE**:

- Provide technical support, handling inquiries about the product, hardware, or software issues, troubleshooting, and managing repair requests.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with customers via various channels.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently to enhance satisfaction.
- Process and record requests, orders, tickets, etc., adhering to time limits.
- Maintain respectful communication following defined procedures and policies.
- Provide feedback to improve processes and actively engage in finding solutions.

- High school diploma or higher.
- Over 2 years of Customer Support/Technical Support experience.
- Reliable and progressive mindset.
- Nice-to-have: 6 months' experience in a Technical Support role.
- Fluent speaker in the desired language.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
