Our Digital Consulting department focuses on providing customized solutions to a wide range of clients. As part of our growth strategy, we are now looking for a **Business Manager - IT Consulting** **(M/F/x)** to join our team.

ABOUT THE JOB:
If you are sales-driven, autonomous, and ambitious this opportunity is for you. We are looking for someone sociable, business-oriented, tech-savvy, knowledgeable about the IT consulting ecosystem, and willing to develop different consulting solutions for client needs.

**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**

You will support the Digital Consulting department in business development, recruitment, and management activities, namely:

- Support strategy definition and business planning for our Digital Consulting department;
- Lead Generation definition and implementation together with the team. You will be responsible for looking for new partnerships and managing clients;
- IT market analysis;
- Development of customer relations and respective needs for Digital Consulting;
- Support recruitment activities, thus sourcing new talent using a variety of methods;
- Ensure quality of delivery in alignment with client’s expectations;
- Ensure great team experience together with Management and HR teams.

**WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?**
- Experience in IT Business Development;
- Good communication skills and ease in interpersonal relationships to work effectively with others to accomplish team goals;
- Proactive and with a great sense of responsibility;
- Organized, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
- Results-oriented, as you will be working to achieve KPI goals;
- Ability and willingness to learn;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Portuguese and English.
