Castro is looking for a **Russian Speaker Sales Team Member to join the company**.
**Profile**:
- Dynamic personality with an interest in Sales Activities;
- Proficiency in English and Russian;
- Strong targeting/results;
- Ability to resilience and manage adversity;
- High degree of responsibility and initiative, organization, and commitment;
- Immediate availability;
- Ease of integration and teamwork;
- Availability for IEFP Internship (Not mandatory).
Role:
- Market prospection;
- Commercial development;
- Client portfolio management;
- Preparation and presentation of proposals;
- Clarification and advice on technical issues.
It offers:

- Additional compensation based on sales performance.
