**About the Opportunity**:
Salsify is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to engage, retain, and close a portfolio of Salsify customers. The AOC Account Manager is ultimately responsible for Salsify customers in our AOC product line - understanding their business strategy and use case, identifying areas in which we can provide their business value, and renewing their licensing with Salsify.
**How You'll Make an Impact**:
- Manage both new business and renewal of our AOC product line clients (40 Tier 1 accounts, 250+ Tier 3 accounts)
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned quota associated with an assigned customer base
- Drive inbound opportunities to a close
- Plan and execute sales activities with the customer, including discovery sessions and contract negotiations
- Collaborate with Customer Success + Support to ensure business value is delivered against the customer's KPIs and business objectives
- Ensure customers become Salsify advocates and secure their approval to help with reference calls, marketing activities, conference speaking engagements, industry references, etc.
**You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have**:
- 1-3 years experience in a sales or renewal role
- 1 year of SaaS experience
- Experience working at a brand manufacturer (or with brand manufacturers) is a plus but not required
- Fluent French + English speaker, as your portfolio will be exclusively French speaking clients
- Salesforce experience is also a plus
