We are looking for reinforcements in the form of French-speaking employees for our team in Lisbon. We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers.

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- Solving the users issues via calls and chat in a **French** language
- Composing empathetic and customized messages when in contact with the users
- Providing to the clients various types of information concerning their insurance policy
- Managing the policy changes requests, updating payment details in the system.
- Indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.

- **You speak professional French (C2- native level)**:

- You live in Lisbon area or you are ready to relocate there

**What do we offer?**
- **Possible start: 24.03**:

- **Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:
***1038€ gross x12 months** or 890€ gross x 14 months -basic salary
***100€ gross **project bonus/month (it's monthly **fixed supplemental payment**),
***up to 100€ gross **performance bonus/month
***meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day **in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
- Fixed term, renewable full time employment contract (according to the Portuguese law)
- **Complete online hiring process regulated**:

- **Shifts system: Monday to Sunday 8:00am -10:00 pm
- 40h per week** incl. Public Holidays
- **We offer office based work system in our modern location in Lisbon - Oriente**:

- Private health insurance with a dental plan after 6 months in the company

**EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is mandatory**
