In your new role you will:
- Support the **execution of customer trainings **using **Cornerstone Learning Management System **;
- **Manage LMS users and user groups **and **assign learning objects **to them;
- **Create learning objects**: videos, online courses, webinars, classroom, training events, learning programs, certifications and knowledge tests;
- **Create **company specific pages **and **produce communication material **for LMS promotion;
- Respond to admins’ and learners’ enquiries;
- Ensure participation records availability and accuracy;
- **Evaluate feedback and produce post training evaluation **;
- **Validate the user experience with the LMS **inside the entire web ecosystem**: Infineon website, Infineon Developer Community, Infineon Developer Center etc.;
- **Create user manuals or tutorials **, **onboard **and **train **new admins;
- **Define and document processes, rules & guidelines **for admins to ensure efficient content management and great user experience.
You can establish sustainable relationships with others and give high priority to the concerns of your internal and external customers. Your planning and organizational skills help you in meeting all details and making decisions despite uncertain circumstances. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills and have a structured work style.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A degree in **Language Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources **or similar;
- At least **1 or more years of experience **in **Learning Management, Customer Service **or similar backgrounds;
- An affinity with **digital platforms and tools **, **data and data quality **;
- The ability to **travel to Munich **on a quarterly basis;
- **Flexible working hours **for global collaboration with all time zones;
- Fluency in English.
