Facilities Officer

Key Accountabilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of facilities, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and waste management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards by identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
- Manage access control to the building.
- Regularly inspect facilities to identify maintenance or repair needs and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
- Develop and implement emergency contingency plans and evacuation procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all facility-related activities, including preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and reported incidents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that space and facility needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Participate in the execution of facility improvement projects, including renovations and expansions.
- Support space planning and manage in-house staff and premises relocations, ensure that relocations are completed within the allocated time frames;

**Profile**:

- Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and make assertive decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Availability to respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours, if needed.
- Proficiency in facility management software tools is a plus.
