**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual as a Sales/Customer XP Specialist, **in favour of our client**. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our Italian-speaking customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert support and guidance to Italian-speaking customers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
- Proactively identify and address customer needs, challenges, and opportunities to drive success and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Technical Support, and Product Management, to ensure customer requirements are understood and addressed effectively.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, building strong relationships and acting as their advocate within the organization.
- Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and other educational materials to empower customers to maximize the value of their investment.
- Monitor and track customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, communicating feedback, feature requests, and other relevant information to drive product enhancements and improvements.
- Contribute to the development and execution of customer success initiatives and programs to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service and support at every interaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in Italian (written and verbal) is required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales is an extra asset.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand complex products and solutions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving customer success and satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
