Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual as a Sales/Customer XP Specialist,
in favour of our client. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our French-speaking customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert support and guidance to Frenchspeaking customers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Proactively identify and address customer needs, challenges, and opportunities to drive success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Technical Support, and Product Management, to ensure customer requirements are understood and addressed effectively.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for Italianspeaking customers, building strong relationships and acting as their advocate within the organization.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, training sessions, and other educational materials to empower customers to maximize the value of their investment.
  • Monitor and track customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, communicating feedback, feature requests, and other relevant information to drive product enhancements and improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of customer success initiatives and programs to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service and support at every interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French (written and verbal) is required.
  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role, such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales is an extra asset.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand complex products and solutions.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on driving customer success and satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
