**What does your day-to-day in this role look like**:

- The project is an American multinational technology company that develops, manufactures, licenses, supports and sells computer software, consumer electronics and personal computers and services.
- As a Customer Service Representative for this project your main mission is to be responsible for being the first point of contact for partner queries while delivering a world-class engagement experience and resolving their issues efficiently.

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in **English**:

- Experience and/ or exposure to technical support environments and/ or customer/ partner escalations;
- Technical background 1 to 2 years, preferably in Security and systems administration.
- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card
