Position: Customer Support Advisor

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
- Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
- Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered at all times and ensure a positive experience

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- C1 level of Polish and B2 English, both oral and written
- Passionate about customers and customer service
- Problem-solving skills
- Upbeat and positive attitude

**OFFER**:

- Relocation support with a room
- Temporary, renewable working contract
- Initial employment contract with a duration of 12 months
- Subsequent extension of one more contract for 12 months
- Permanent contract after 2 years
- 40 Hours per week schedule - 8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour
- Rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday
- Private health insurance after contract signature (additional to standard insurance)
