Telesales Team Leader

**What's in it for you**:
To lead Telesales (inbound and outbound) channel with outsourcing partners, for all different consumer offers, achieving a good contribution on customer acquisition at a competitive cost. Develop new projects that push digital sales, increasing channel efficiency.
**What you’ll do**:
- Implement Outbound Campaigns to achieve specific targets required by Consumer Business Unit;
- Define and continuously review scripts and plans according to market’s dynamics to guarantee commercial targets achievement;
- To manage relationship with our Outsourcing Partners and assure all contractual commitments;
- To define, negotiate and implement commission schemes;
- To create incentive programs, direct to the Sales Representatives to keep performance levels always high;
- To develop new projects that increase digital sales and channel efficiency.
**Who you are**:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in Management, Marketing or Engineering;
- 5 years of experience in similar role;
- Team management experience;
- Telecommunications Business knowledge;
- Analytic skills to analyse several information sources and KPIs;
- Ambitious, competitive and results driven;
- Portuguese/English Language proficiency.
