**What you'll do**:

- Work on a strategy to positioning Emma as a superior sleep brand in the UK, while taking care of its reputation.
- Work in out-of-the-box PR activations that can drive word-of-mouth in the market.
- Take complete end-to-end and full ownership of all key brand partnerships and larger campaigns under engagement marketing.
- Flesh out all engagement campaign ideas across the upper funnel and the lower funnel so as to ensure an integrated approach/omnichannel approach to campaigns to maximise impact.
- Activate all key channels and explore new channels to push the campaign/project forward.
- Manage Emma UK’s brand guidelines: You will establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and brand voice across all channels.
- Measure and analyze brand performance: Use data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of brand campaigns and initiatives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track brand health metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct research to identify and lead business opportunities, growth areas, trends, services, and overall brand proposition.

**What you'll bring us**:

- You have 2-5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or E-commerce (startup exposure is a plus).
- You have studied Business Administration/Marketing/Economics or any related university program.
- You have a strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing principles, and consumer behavior.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate a brand's vision and values.
- You have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- You are a creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
