**The Company**:
NoCode Institute, is a new reskilling platform that allows “underestimated” transitioning talents to reboot their careers by learning to build software without code. We were born with the mission of reskilling and relaunching careers of the people being left behind in the digital economy, by democratizing software-building skills through NoCode development (aka Visual programming).

We work alongside like-minded B2B organizations like foundations, public sector institutions and responsible corporate partners, that want to support undeserved communities become ‘employable’ in the digital economy through innovative resklling programs.

**Job Brief**:
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to take our impact into a new level. After launching and testing our solutions with +300 students, the challenge is to scale impact in Europe by generating leads and opening-up new opportunities.

Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential B2B customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing and nurturing leads ideally in a B2B environment and meeting sales quotas. You will use your organization and strategic skills to establish a lead generation playbook, and your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal.

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify and Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities;
- Set up meetings or calls with prospective Clients;
- Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships;
- Identify Customer needs and new Insights to customize product solutions and improve product/market fit;
- Track performance and Report lead generation and sales results metrics.

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven work experience in Business Development / Sales (or similar ‘rainmaking’ role);
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold-calls);
- Analytical skills and understanding of sales performance metrics;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (In English for an European setting);
- Self-motivated and resilient;
- Disciplined and organized.
