**THE ROLE**

As a Vendor Compliance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This internship is ideal for someone who has completed a technical or vocational course. Your responsibilities will include managing invoices and payments, supporting the accounting team, handling supplier complaints, and maintaining effective communication with suppliers and the commercial team. This role is essential to ensure our operations and maintain the integrity of transactions with suppliers.

**Specifically, we expect you to**:

- Handling the processing of invoices and payments, including scanning and organizing physical documents for efficient record-keeping.
- Supporting the accounting team in various tasks to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Managing and following up on supplier complaints to ensure timely resolution.
- Using Magento (internal ERP system) for managing transactions with suppliers. Demonstrating proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for daily tasks and documentation.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Mandatory requirements**:

- Availability for an internship.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset, focused on finding solutions.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Customer and service-oriented mindset.
- High level of autonomy and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
