A sua nova função
- Coordenar a implementação da política de People & Leadership, de acordo come as diretrizes e a estratégia da gestão de topo, em matérias relacionadas com o recrutamento e seleção, acolhimento e integração, sistema de remunerações e incentivos, avaliação de desempenho, formação, análise e qualificação de funções com os responsáveis na sua unidade de negócio;
- Aconselhar os responsáveis na sua unidade de negócio em matérias relacionadas com a política de People & Leadership;
- Coordenar o processo de análise e qualificação de funções, assim como a elaboração dos perfis profissionais relativos à sua unidade de negócio;
- Coordenar o processo de recrutamento e seleção de novos colaboradores;
- Acompanhar o processo de acolhimento e integração dos novos colaboradores na sua unidade de negócio (elaborar planos de acolhimento e respetivos convites para os formadores; comunicação de entradas; registo da formação de acolhimento e recolha da assinatura dos formadores; preparação dos kits de acolhimento; avaliação do acolhimento)
- Elaboração dos contratos de trabalho e recolha de documentação para entrada do novo colaborador;
- Garantir a recolha folhas de ponto e validações para o processamento salarial;
- Elaboração de declarações para os colaboradores (efetividade, horário, etc.);
- Gestão dos Estágios Curriculares e Estágios Profissionais;
- Colaborar ativamente na melhoria contínua, propondo ações de melhoria e ações preventivas.

O que necessita para ser bem sucedido
- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Ciências Sociais ou Humanas, Psicologia, Sociologia, Gestão ou Gestão de Recursos Humanos
- +4 anos de experiência em funções similares (obrigatório);
- Experiência em funções similares em Global Business Services (preferencial);
- Conhecimentos avançados de inglês e espanhol;
