Energy Services Sales Operations Specialist

EDP Comercial's **SME Segment Department** mission is to be the first choice of professionals, SMEs and public institutions, helping them to be increasingly competitive and helping them to expand their business. The Department intends to recruit for the Energy Services team.
- Technical and financial analysis for the feasibility of service product proposals, awarded by the commercial teams, for validation, request for quotations and creation of the work process;
- Sending schedules for technical visits to service providers;
- Reformulation of proposals after technical visits;
- Constant interactions with service providers and suppliers;
- Technical support in the elaboration of proposals to the commercial teams, as well as support in the elaboration of new products;
- Collection and updating of data on corporate platforms;
- Continuous improvement in the team's processes;
- Technical support in customer visits;
- Elaboration of training material for service providers and commercial teams;
- Stay informed about regulatory changes, including technical rules in the sector;
- Search for information and keep up to date with technological and market trends;
- Collaborate in the evaluation and selection of equipment and suppliers, in order to maximize the quality and competitiveness of the offer.
**What kind of profile are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Economics/Management or another area provided you have relevant experience for the function;
- Professional experience of up to 5 years in the commercial, marketing and pre-sales area is valued;
- Good knowledge of excel and user-level analytical and collaborative tools (Power BI, Microsoft Teams);
- Knowledge in UiPath is valued;
- Driving license;
- Availability to travel around the country.
