**What You Will Do**

As an Accounting Assistant at Jolera, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team with various administrative and accounting tasks. Your responsibilities will include**:

- Classification of Accounting Documents**: Organize and classify financial documents to ensure proper record-keeping and compliance.
**- Physical and Digital Archiving**: Manage the archiving of both physical and digital documents, ensuring they are easily retrievable and securely stored.**:

- Reconciliation of Current Accounts**: Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial records and resolve any discrepancies.**:

- Other Administrative Tasks**: Assist with various administrative duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the finance department.

**Qualifications**
- Be studying in your first or second year at an Accounting University
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
