**About the job**

The role of the CIB IT Enterprise Architecture (EA) Team is to proactively provide defined Enterprise Architecture services to steer enterprise-wide decision making toward the future state architecture

Its role is also to accompany rapid changes in our industry, with deadlines and cost under constant pressure, while facilitating this IT support & the Business growth

We are looking for an experienced IT HR Skills Transformation Program Manager to ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving the program’s objectives in line with the commitments made to the Business, while complying with the entity’s strategic priorities and the Sponsor’s expectations

The term “Program” refers to a set of “projects” that are functionally and/or technically consistent

**Your Main Activities Are**

Achieve the program’s objectives in line with the commitments made to the Business, while complying with the entity’s strategic priorities and the Sponsor’s expectations

Responsible for meeting program’s objectives in compliance with the allocated budget, deadlines and quality standards of the deliverables.

Manage the risks that may emerge when the program is being implemented

Identify the program’s impacts to anticipate and support necessary changes regarding the entity’s strategic plan

Organize and guarantee the transition in the adapted governance bodies

Steer the program’s project portfolio and the related budget allowance for its implementation

Provide functional and cross-entity management for a portfolio of projects

Coordinate projects, manage interdependencies and challenge implementation solutions

Coordinate the effective implementation of program projects for the purpose of maintaining overall consistency, and make necessary decisions when required

Challenge the implementation solutions with a view to streamlining and optimizing the functional portfolio

To be the go-to contact person for HR relatives projects and CIB IT HR SPOC

Maintain IT HR view and dashboards

**Profile and Skills to Success**

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field

2-4 years of experience in IT or Finance IT

Knowledge of challenges, the organization and objectives for the program’s reference organization scope

Knowledge of the decision-making bodies’ operations in the scope associated with the program

Proficient in budget management principles

Proficient in project and program management principles as well as their governance

Ability to effectively convey complex information with simple, high impact communication, at all levels of the organisation

Very good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to take initiatives

Organizational skills

Encourage commitment

Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
