**What does your day-to-day in this role look like**:

- As an Inbound Telesales Representatives, you will be responsible for closing sales, different subscriptions and products over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships
- You will present the best offers, by doing upselling and cross selling

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in **Italian**:

- Good computer skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Experience in online sales
- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card

**Recruitment process**

To apply, send us your CV in English. Then, here are the stages in the recruitment process:

- Video interview with Filipa: this is an opportunity to find out more about your motivations and discuss the job in broad terms
- Online tests: tests (linguistic and/or technical) will be required to assess your skills
- Final interview with our client: the discussion will focus on the specific aspects of the position and the team.

If you are successful, you will receive a contract offer. Congratulations

Once the contract has been signed, all you have to do is book your plane ticket to Lisbon.

You'll be met at the airport and given your own private room in a shared flat :)
